Aria and I didn't want to leave Cancun, but sadly we had to come back to reality last night. Honestly, I did miss little Benjy and every time I saw a dog I would think about him hoping he was okay, wondering if he missed me. That sounds sad, but I've turned into such a mom and have become very attached. I knew he was in good hands though, so I wasn't ever worried about him. Once we made it back home Benjy was so excited to see us; he was going crazy!
My outfit is similar to the one I posted yesterday, but off the shoulder tops are perfect for warm weather and a tropical vacation. I especially like the one I'm wearing because it's yellow and I don't have very much of it in my wardrobe. I didn't want to go broke for the Cancun trip so one day I decided to look online at Forever 21; I am so glad I did because they have tons of cute pieces at affordable prices! For some reason I felt like it wasn't acceptable for me to shop there after I graduated college, but that has changed. I won't shop in store since every Forever 21 I've been to has been extremely unorganized, but I ended up buying 8 different items online that I'll also be sharing on the blog soon!
I was a little skeptical to buy these espadrilles since I've been seeing everyone wear them, but they are seriously the most comfortable cute shoes I own. I typically do not wear any sort of heel or wedge to the airport, however these are so easy to walk in that I wore them going to and coming back from Cancun. I feel like they run a little large, so when you purchase them, go half a size down. If you share my love for pom poms and tassels, then this is the perfect clutch for you! The colors are very bright, and since there are so many it will go with just about anything.
We saw quite a few Iguanas and they let us get so close to them. These two were at our resort and were actually fighting right before the picture. I like all types of animals, so I will always take pictures and enjoy sharing them!
I feel like I should apologize for posting all these pictures with my terrible looking sunburn, so sorry y'all! That's also why I didn't include too many pictures this time, but fingers crossed it turns into a nice tan quickly!🤞🏼🤞🏼 The weather is very deceiving in Cancun, because there's always a great breeze so you don't feel the rays of the sun, but by the end of the day you'll look like myself if you don't take proper precautions. So if you are going to be in the sun anytime soon, please learn from my mistake and use actual sun block! Hope y'all have a lovely Tuesday!
